Hey! I’m Cass, and I’m going to be spending the next four months living in Rome. For those of you who don’t know, the title of this blog, “Conosco I Miei Polli” is a colloquialism which roughly translates into the phrase, “I know my stuff.” I may not know all there is to know about the Italian language or history, but I know good food and fun. While away from the states, I plan on going all over Europe and exploring places and cuisines I’ve never had before. On this blog, I will document the best of the best of my time, and can hopefully provide some helpful tips and tricks for anyone who is going abroad in the future.
